About the Show
At Piccolo Chef, we believe that cooking is a basic skill all children can and should learn, and learning this skill will lead to self-confidence and improved eating habits. This series is designed to bring Moms, Dads and children into the kitchen, and then to the dining room, to prepare and enjoy a meal together. Hosted by Piccolo Chef co-founder, Tina Fanelli Moraccini.
To answer the question, which came first, the chicken or the egg, Tina enlists Debi Derryberry for help. She’s the voice of Jimmy Neutron and adds so much fun to this episodes on making your first omelette!
In this episode, Tina welcomes Two-Time World Pizza Champion Fabio Ferrari to show you how to make some fabulous pizza with your kids!

Host Tina Fanelli Moraccini
Co-Founder of Piccolo Chef, the leading cooking school for children and teens in Southern California, and Co-Author of The Piccolo Chef Cookbook
, Tina has a vision to make healthy cooking attainable and fun to children of all ages and walks of life. She firmly believes that the kitchen is a place where self-confidence can be built, socialization skills can improve and cultural understanding can be taught. More importantly, the kitchen can bring back family togetherness by becoming once again the heart of the house where families can talk, create, remember and pass on their traditions. Her goal is to promote the importance of restoring the relationship between the kitchen, the family and health. Tina’s background is with the Italian Government, where for over a decade she promoted Italian culture through art, cinema, literature, music, language, and, most pertinently, cuisine, at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Los Angeles.
